PLUSH Vegas Show is a HUGE Success!!!

The Women Inventorz Network had an amazing opportunity to partner with PLUSH Show in Vegas this October. Melinda Knight Co-Founder of Women Inventorz Network had this to say, “ The team at PLUSH truly knows when change is needed. For several years they have had the pulse on the upscale juvenile product industry in California, bringing in great upscale products, celebrities and now buyers together for 2014 in Las Vegas. We were honored to work with their impressive team.”

Jina Park, Founder of PLUSH
Jina Park, founder of PLUSH, has been working hard to present what the 2014 Plush Show has to offer to the inventor industry. Unlike many Juvenile trade shows, Plush offers the quality vendors that are relevant to the demands of the current posh and eco-conscious parent market. Bringing these vendors, retailers, and media together is an incredible networking opportunity and the preview show is just the beginning.

After appearing in Vegas October 15-17 for their first Preview Show at the World Market Center, Plush was able to create an unbelievable and entertaining experience for all the attendees. New territory served Plush well, as their unique offerings attracted many of the top people in the industry, who were already in Vegas for a competing trade show. During the day, Plush showcased a sneak peak of some of the best luxury, eco-friendly, and innovative products in the Juvenile trade market. The Women Inventorz Network even added their own luxurious flare to the Plush Preview Show by providing a beautiful dessert table, featuring the women inventor of The Cupcake Rack, Elizabeth Crouch. A little added sweetness and a beautiful display was a successful addition to the show and a great crowd pleaser! It was quite the sight to see as Plush put on an incredible video presentation of what makes them the most unique trade show in the industry. The few preview days unlocked the doors for many potential opportunities.

Nick Cannon, spinning the hits!!!
That Wednesday night, Plush put on an exclusive after party that embodied the fun, creative, and entertaining spirit of Plush. An hour prior, The Women Inventorz Network invited 100s of women inventors, sponsors, and media to engage in a more intimate meet and greet. The party was held at Drai’s Nightclub in Bally’s Las Vegas, the perfect setting for people to let loose and experience Vegas’s night life. Nick Cannon as DJ served as the cherry on top of great week, providing lively music that was enjoyed by everyone!

Bibocks...It's a bib. It's a smock. It's a Bibock!

We're proud to introduce you to Rev. Sheila Andreana Sewall M.Ed...a very talented and giving member of our women inventor community.  Sheila is an inventor of several products, but she is best known for creating Bibocks...It's a bib. It's a smock. It's a Bibock!

"Once upon a time, we were using dish towels that didn't protect our Master and Mademoiselle from the gookie stuff...

We had an epiphany while taking a walk while our porridge cooled. Lets create something that has never been done before!

That was good, but how could we go even further into the uncharted territory of quality and ingenuity...

Now, the mice stay up late to offer the finest Bibocks with Lapkins and vintage aprons on the market. Patented and patent pending.

Special occasion aprons, imaged in our beloved children's book, Saving Up Smiles for a Rainy day, were used to create our signature, organic, medicinal, Honey Rose Caramels."

The Bibock is featured on
Good Day Sacramento...

In Sheila's own words...
Author of Saving Up Smiles for a Rainy Day
I am the author of the Midwest Book Award winning children's book, Saving Up Smiles for a Rainy Day and the owner/inventor and designer of a small business entitled The Bibocks with Lapkins Company. We specialize in Bibocks with Lapkins. It's a bib. It's a smock. It's a Bibock! Charming, handcrafted, limited edition form follows function bibs, with Lapkins to cover the lap. Lapkins promote good manners, and may be removed and used as a washcloth for little hands and faces after a repast or creative craft project. They are of heirloom quality. Patented and patent pending.

We also feature vintage, special occasion Apronafores, adult and special need bibs, and other innovative, care products.

Apronafores- Aprons- Pinafores
New -prayer pouches and treasury purses will be featured in their own shop,  We offer two sizes. The pouches are sized 5x7 and 12x14 inches. The 12x14 will fit our Saving Up Smiles for a Rainy Day children's book for a lovely gift. The prayer pouches and treasury purses will come with an uplifting message and a prayer cloth. The cloth can be held in the hands or placed over the heart and used to weave in prayers or well wishes for a special celebration, Make a Wish Kid, or hospice loved one. The cloth can be put underneath the pillow or left in the pocket of the beloved. The energy of these powerful intentions remain with the loved one. The pouches and purses would also be appropriate for a child going to camp or on their first overnight away from home. It holds their found treasures. These elegant bags are fully lined and may also be used as a beautiful table topper filled with our organic, Honey Rose Caramels for a wedding or gala affair.

Prayer pouches and treasury purses
I think the prayer pouches and treasury purses belong with a large organization such as, Make a Wish Kids or a children's hospital. I believe the large sized prayer pouch filled with Saving Up Smiles for a Rainy Day should be part of the child's entrance to the center and should be placed on their pillow as part of their check in.

We would like to bring our organic, no refined sugar, handcrafted caramels to market as part of my idea for a very special and unique healthy bakery. This idea is too big to create alone and I will not offer all the details here, but would love to have a business partner help bring this to fruition. I created this all natural caramel with organic medicinal qualities to offer a healthy treat for my children. They are transformative and delicious! I make sure there is some on hand during cold and sore throat season. The prayer pouches and treasury purses filled with organic Honey Rose Caramels would be an elegant table top party favor for a wedding or special occasion. All of our products and book are meant to complement and support each other and would  come together wonderfully in our bakery. The Bibocks with Lapkins Company is interviewing potential sharks (angel investors) for mass marketing potential. All interested parties are encouraged to contact us.

About Sheila...
In life and via her creations, Sheila Andreana Sewall combines the love of dance, creation, and the narrative of teaching with the desire to give back peace and blessings. Sewall has a B.S. in applied design and visual communications and a MEd. of family education from the University of Minnesota.

Unable to find anything in the marketplace that met qualifications, "need is the mother of invention," the inspiration to create form follows function designs was birthed via her children. At the time, her two year old son, the wise master, pronounced them Bibocks... It's a bib. It's a smock. It's a Bibock! The name Lapkins was her husband's two cents. Lapkins cover the lap, promote good manners, and may be used as a washcloth for little hands and faces after a repast. Bibocks with Lapkins, charming, handmade, form follows function bibs was born.

Sheila Andreana loves to combine unexpected elements into a synthesized whole. If she can combine burlap and silk and lead you to believe they are married together, she will try. She loves the texture of life. The full spectrum of rainbow colors and experiences informs a sensual perspective. Sources of inspiration include: Spirit infused, natural (can't drink hot beverages from a styrofoam cup), organic elements in nature, the artistic use of light, staging, and costuming in old movies (before the overuse of quick camera cuts, explosives, and high drama), vintage artifacts, the creative stories derived from found objects by little people, Grace felt in the stillness of midnight, the edge of forever experienced through dance, and the deep stirring of motherly love as she stands in the presence her children.

Bibocks also embodies the loving essence of Grandmother Francis. Grandma Franny cooked and baked with only the use of a wood stove. Even on the hottest of days, one would bound through the porch, the screen door slamming behind, and enter the kitchen to be greeted with the unmistakable smell of a long morning's hard work. This simple woman in dress and possessions, but rich in humor and tacit knowledge, knew how to make bread and pie crust based on the texture alone between her fingers. After a three giggle hug, and "an oh my you shouldn't have!" she would beckon all to sit and talk around the table brimming with the nature and nurture of love in the form of favorite fresh baked goodies.

Book Reviews:

This Midwest Independent Publishers Association book winner is a home run in every aspect. The cover is colorful and inviting.  The book is printed on a high quality 100 pound gloss paper so the pages are not flimsy, but able to be read over and over and turned by small hands.
The story combines a love of dance and creation all while teaching about peace and blessings.  The rhythm and rhyme throughout the book make for a fun and light-hearted read.  Following the mother who is speaking to her child about remembering others as well as occasions touches your heart in ways that cannot be described.  Through out the book, you cannot help but remember those that have touched your life.  You are also invited to remember moments of fun and wonder, remembering sunny days and delightful memories.  This book would make a great Mother's Day, new birth or baby shower gift.  It's bound to become a classic much like "Good Night Moon." -Angela Addington, Managing Editor for

" Dear child, we can save up smiles for a rainy day to fill our hearts with love and joy when the sun has gone away."

In this book the children are invited to remember the people who have brought love and joy into their lives; to remember moments of fun and wonder; to bring the memories of sunny days and nature's delights into the moment. It is a lovely reminder that the very act of remembering moments of love and joy lightens the heart and changes our energy, bringing back feelings of hope and promise. The author suggests that this book makes a wonderful gift for cancer survivors, new baby or baby showers, or anyone going through a transition or life transformation. I would suggest that it could be used in children's ministry for your quiet corner to support the concept of creating heart coherence or for a lesson on looking for the good. Check it out.

Rev. Kathryn Kellogg
